Atlene Mclemore

On Tuesday, September 14, 2021, Atlene McLemore, loving mother and proud grandmother received her wings. Atlene was born in McGehee, Arkansas. She worked several decades as a beautician at Ellen's and Gladys' Beauty Salons. After retiring from being a beautician, she managed Uncle Ben's Bar-B-Que. Atlene was quite active in the churches she attended. She was member of both Second Baptist and Powerhouse COGIC at various points in her life. She was a Missionary, Sunday school teacher, Evangelist, and Church Mother. Atlene's faith was an integral part of her life. She is survived by her children, Barbara, Anthony, Christopher and Daryl. She will be dearly missed by family and friends.
