Bessie Velva Layton, 93, a homemaker, of Las Vegas, passed away Jan. 22, 2012. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 28, at the Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd., in Ogden, Utah.
