Betty Ann Hardison, 71, a high school teacher, of Las Vegas, passed away Jan. 10, 2012. She was born March 17, 1940 in Newellton, La. and was a 57-year resident of Nevada. She is survived by her son, Leon Hardison Jr.; daughter, Leslie Holmes, both of Las Vegas; and one grandchild. Viewing will be from 11 a.m.-1 p.m., Friday, Jan. 20, followed by funeral services, both at Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. N. Graveside service will be at Memory Gardens Memorial Park, 7251 W. Lone Mountain Road.
