Bruce R Schowers

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Bruce Robert Schowers, who departed this life on June 24th, 2025, at the age of 73 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Bruce was born on August 19th in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Robert and Beatrix Schowers. He is preceded in death by his parents and older brother Raymond Schowers. A beloved spouse, parent, child, sibling, and friend, he leaves behind his wife Francine Schowers; son Mason Schowers; and sister Dena Green.

Bruce was a veteran of the military having served in the Army. He lived most of his life Las Vegas working in the gaming industry. He also enjoyed teaching and in his spare time worked as a substitute teacher. His passion was writing, and he loved to develop screen plays. While in Las Vegas, Bruce raised his family and was able to retire and enjoy his free time.

Though gone from this world, Bruce’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

A celebration of life will be held on August 15th, 2025, at 1900 Veterans memorial Dr 89005 Boulder City, NV. beginning at 2PM. All are welcome to attend and celebrate the life of Bruce Robert Schowers.
