Charles W. Hollis, 85, of Las Vegas, passed away June 21, 2012. He served in the U.S. Army and was a retired television engineer. He was precededath by his parents; and his three younger siblings. He is survived by his wife, Fran; his son, Ron and his wife, Devra; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. He was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Viewing will be 9-9:45 a.m., Thursday, June 28, with services following at 10 a.m., both at the Hillpointe LDS Chapel, 9011 Hillpointe Road, Las Vegas. Internment will immediately follow at Davis Memorial Park, 6200 S. Eastern Ave.
