Charlotte Marie Wiley

Charlotte Marie Wiley passed away at 54 years old on November 12, 2020 after a tough fight with cancer. She lived in North Las Vegas Nevada for many years.

Charlotte was born on January 17, 1966 in San Pablo California to Frank Abrao and Evelyn Morris. Charlotte’s father Frank Abrao passed away when Charlotte was only two years old. She was raised by, and knew, Herbert Cooper to be her dad. She is the sister to Evelyn Abrao, Joseph Abrao (deceased) and Carrie Abrao. Charlotte is the beloved Mother of three beautiful children, Richard Abrao, Cheyanne Mendoza and Tierra Grady. She also had step children. She is the beloved grandmother of Isaac and Damien Ortiz. Charlotte married her husband Tom Wiley Jr. on April 23, 2011.

Charlotte had a huge heart and loved to help people. She managed several convenient stores in the North Las Vegas area where she made a huge impact on several people’s life. She was working at the Westgate Hotel and Casino as a front desk clerk where she was loved by many. Her strong hugs and contagious smile will be missed there. Charlotte loved going to lunches with friends from work, singing in the car with her daughter Cheyanne, horse back riding and listening to country music.

Charlotte will be missed by many here on earth but she is resting easy in heaven with loved ones and friends who went before her.
