Cornell "Lou" Lewis

TSGT CORNELL LEWIS U.S. Air Force, Retired 1941-2014. Cornell "Lou" Lewis, 73, of North Las Vegas, passed away peacefully Thursday, July 10, 2014, surrounded by the ones he laughed with, lived for, and loved. Lou was born March 2, 1941, in Idabel, Okla. Along with his loving and devoted wife, of 37 years, Marzette, Lou is survived by his daughter, Tracey Lewis of Las Vegas; four sons, Anyika Kamal, John Ridley, Darnell Richardson, all of Las Vegas, and Calvin McClay of Atlanta; grandchildren, Ayoola Weaver and Jelani Kamal; one brother; three sisters; his MGM family; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He will be missed by everyone who knew him. Viewing will be 9-10 a.m. Tuesday, July 22, with home-going services following, both at Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd N., Las Vegas, NV 89101. Graveside services will follow at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive, Boulder City, NV 89005.
