Dartanya Beaugard

Dartanya "Doc" Beaugard, 62, left his earthly home for eternal rest in the early morning of Sunday, Jan. 20, 2013, at his home in Las Vegas. He was born and raised in Paducah, Ky., to the late Harry Beaugard and Dolores Beaugard. He was preceded in death by two brothers. Those to cherish his fond memories include his two sons, Kinte Mitchell of Las Vegas and Dartanya Jacksons of Louisville, Ky.; his daughter, Gloria Anderson of central Minnesota; four sisters, Valdez B. Deboe of Atlanta, Terri Sains of Houston, as well as Rosetta Vinson and Violet Johnson, both of Paducah; one brother, Taronque Beaugard of Las Vegas; one grandson; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other friends and relatives. Services will be at 1;30 p.m., Monday, Jan. 28, at Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. N., Las Vegas
