Dennis Ray Cowie

Dennis Ray Cowie 75 years of age passed away June 4, 2016. Parents Kenneth and Blanche Cowie. Brother Kenneth Cowie (dec.) Survived by wife Dianne, sons Robert, Edward (deceased),  Daniel, Steven, Jason and Jesse. Eight grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. Denny was born in Des Moines, Iowa. He lived in Denver, CO for awhile and moved west to Phoenix, Az where he worked for a small newspaper in Wikiup. He moved to Las Vegas in 1965.  He started a small printing company, Paramount Printing. A few years later he started working at commercial printing companies.  He worked in printing his whole life. He loved the printing business and made many lifelong friends.  Denny Loved the desert. The hotter it was the better. He used to race in The Mint 400 in his baja ol 143. Services to be held Saturday, June 11, 2016 at 3:00pm in the afternoon at Bunkers Mortuary 925 Las Vegas Blvd.Las Vegas, Nevada. There will be a get together after, to be decided.
