Dorothy V. French

Dorothy Violet French, a 43-year resident of Las Vegas, passed away Aug. 26, 2012 at 89. She was born June 10, 1923, the youngest of 11 children, to the late James Richard and Martha Ellen Dye Stacy, in Benton, Monroe County, Ohio. She was a a loving mother and devoted wife to the late A. G. French. She was a kind, generous, happy and friendly woman to all who met her. In addition to her spouse and parents, she was preceded in death by 10 siblings and their spouses. Surviving are her son, Alfred George French II; daughter, Tomaseta Dillingham; five grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. She was laid to rest aside her husband in Memory Gardens Cemetery, Las Vegas.
