Dorothy was born in Rochester NY and resided in Las Vega for 36 years. Her husband Howard Protz, passed away Friday, October 8,2004. Dorothy was the loving mother of Gerald Protz and Bruce Sharlow;devoted grandmoterh to Geoffrey and Jil Protz and Jennifer and Richard Chow; adoring great-grandmother to Meghan and Matthew Chow; and loving sister to Virginia Mestler, Ruthie and Gerald Near, Eleanor Bergen and George Jr. and Joan Diem. Her loving spirit and memory will always live on. Her kindness and gentle nature will be missed by all who knew her.
A celebration of life will be held for Dorthy and Howard on Monday, October 11th at 4:00 p.m. at their home.
