Edna Mae "Frankie" Brooks, 84, a homemaker, of Las Vegas, passed away Sept. 10, 2011. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 21, at Bunkers Memory Gardens Chapel, 7251 W. Lone Mountain Road.
