Edwin Robert Wendt

Edwin Robert Wendt, passed away peacefully, in his home, in Laughlin, Nevada, on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, at the age 0f 85.

He was the beloved husband, of the late Mary Linda Wendt.  Edwin was the father of Beverley Rose Wendt St. Upery, and Sandra Jean Wendt McHatton. Grandfather of Stacy McHatton McBride, Jeanne St. Upery, and Michelle St. Upery Prince.

Edwin was born in Chicago, Illinois, the son of the late Lucille Kuhn Wendt and Edwin H. Wendt.  In recent years, Edwin and his wife Mary Linda, retired to Laughlin, Nevada

Edwin was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.  He served his country proudly.  He was awarded the National Defense Service Medal and Good Conduct Medal.  He was a life member of the American Legion Post 60, Laughlin, Nevada.

The family of Edwin Wendt is grateful to his friends, Ina and Barry Spiegel, for the care and kindness they showed to him during his difficult time.

A private graveside service will be held at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City, Nevada.
