ESTHER AQUINO Esther C. Aquino, 58, of Las Vegas, passed away Friday, May 14, 2010. She was born July 17, 1951, in Mexico City, Mexico, and was a 50-year resident of Nevada. Esther was a retired casino supervisor, having worked at the Las Vegas Hilton for 23 years and then at the Mirage for eight years. She is survived by her son, Steven Padilla; daughter, Loretta Baird; mother, Maria Osuna; sisters, Yolanda Acuna and Alma Estrada; six nieces and nephews; and two special aunts, Maria Jimenez and Socorro Sanchez. Visitation will be 3-7 p.m. Tuesday, May 18, with Rosary at 5 p.m., both at Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. N. Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 19, at St. Anne Catholic Church, 1901 S. Maryland Parkway, in Las Vegas. Interment will be private.
