Annie Eudora Taylor Zimmerman passed away Nov. 4, 2016, at the age of 97. She was a resident of Las Vegas since 1941. Eudora was a caring, cheerful, optimistic woman, adored by her family. She was a deputy assessor at the Clark County Assessor's Office for 20 years, retiring in 1973. Eudora was initiated into the Oasis Rebekah Lodge in 1947 and remained active for over 40 years. She was also a member of the Ladies Circles of First Methodist and Griffith Methodist churches. She volunteered countless hours at North Las Vegas Hospital in the gift shop. Eudora was preceded in death by her first husband, Vance; and son, Allen Taylor. She is survived by her husband, Frank Zimmerman; daughters, Ann (Jay) Phelps and Nancy (Andy) Maierhofer; stepsons, Don and Fred (Carolyn) Zimmerman; six grandsons; one granddaughter; and nine great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 15. Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 16, both at Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. N.
