Fannie R. Williams, 89, a PBX operator, of Las Vegas, passed away Dec. 1, 2011. Visitation 3-7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 8. Services 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 9, both at Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd.
