Frances lived in Las Vegas since 1983. As a 21 year Breast Cancer Survivor, Frances was very active supporting various organizaitons searching for the cure for Cancer.
She is survived by her Mother, Rita Self, daughter, Beverly Robinson, Son, Gene Palmer, Sister Rita M. Self all of Las Vegas. Sister Joyce Sherman, Beaumont, Texas.
Grandsons, Joel and Eric both of Las Vegas.
You will be greatly missed by your loving Family.
