Frederick M. Waterhouse, Sr.

Frederick Marion Waterhouse Sr., 71, of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed  away, on January 7, 2022.

Frederick was born in Dundalk, MD, May 11, 1950 to Frank and Helen Waterhouse. Frederick graduated  from the University of Maryland College Park in 1973 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and received two Master’s  Degrees from Saint Leo’s College. Frederick was married to Yvonne Viola Waterhouse on  September 30, 1972.

Frederick was an officer and F-14 pilot in the Navy from 1973 to 1985. He received an honorable discharge with numerous medals including the Meritorious Unit Commendation, the National Defense Service Medal, and the Sea Service Deployment Ribbon. He later retired from State Farm where he served a catastrophe manager in the disaster claims department. He was an avid member of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, graduate chapter. He loved traveling, attending live sporting events and concerts, and played his flight simulator every chance he could.

Frederick was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Helen. He was survived by his wife Yvonne, daughter Erika, and son Frederick Jr.,  four grandchildren Johnny Jr. Jerron, Jack and Jamison, his brother’s  Frank Jr., Francis, and sister Felicia, along with loving extended  family members around the world.
