Helen Demoleas

Helen Demoleas, loving mother, grandmother and friend to many, of Henderson, passed away May 30, 2013. She was born Aug. 22, 1929, in New York, where she lived until relocating to Nevada in 2001. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Anna Kampoucos; her husband, Bob Demoleas; her sister, Katherine Chierchio; and her brother, Nicholas Kampoucos. She is survived by her daughter, Stephanie Demoleas; her son and daughter-in-law, Spero and Grace Demoleas; granddaughters, Eleni and Alexandra; and her brother, George Kampoucos. Visitation will be 5-6 p.m. Tuesday, June 4, with the Trisagion service following at 6 p.m. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m., Wednesday June 5, all at St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church, 5300 El Camino Road, Las Vegas, NV 89118. The burial service will be at Cypress Hills Cemetery, Queens, N.Y.
