Helga Gimpel

Helga Gimpel, 76, of Las Vegas, passed away July 18, 2014. She was born April 24, 1938, in Rhaunen, Germany, and was a 35-year resident of Nevada. Helga was retired. A beloved mother and wife, she enjoyed flowers, gardening and crocheting. Her favorite things to do were play Bingo and spend time with her family and friends. She will be missed by all who loved her. She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Christina Gimpel. She is survived by her husband, Peter Gimpel; daughters, Karen Pitchford and Linda Rumph and son-in-law, Steve Rumph; son, Ralph Gimpel and daughter-in-law, Yvonne Gimpel; nine grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren. Services will be private.
