Janice Marie Spencer

Janice Marie Spencer longtime teacher’s aide in the Clark County school district recently passed away mid-October 2023 at Brookdale Senior Living. She was born in Las Vegas, NV in 1946 at the old Las Vegas Hospital to Bud and Yvonne Bartlett. She attended Las Vegas school in 1964. She also attended Clark County Community College Nevada Southern University.

She is survived by her two sons Ken and David, 5 grandchildren (Ashley, Josh, Johnathan, Chris, and Andrew), and 8 great grandchildren Oliver, Milo, Eden, Ember, Ember, Eli, Olivia, Riley, and Jax. While here she enjoyed water skiing, snow skiing, hiking, and being artistic.  She was proud of being from a pioneer family, enjoyed Lake Mead, and hiking a lot in the Red Rocks area. She will be missed. God bless.
