Jeanne was born on a Monday, April 23, 1928 in Joplin, Missouri to Berniece and Earl Schultz. She was born Dona Jean Schultz.
Jeanne had 2 older brothers, William and Robert and 2 younger sisters, Nancy Lee and Gloria Ann.
After Jeanne graduated high school her family moved to Las Vegas where she spent time with her mother at the First Baptist Church singing in the choir and working in the church office. She told us that's where she met her first husband while she was singing.
She went on to have 6 children, Karyn VanNatta, Lynn Vasquez, Terri Mercer, Marc Michael, Tarl Michael and Niel Michael.
Jeanne worked for Clark County Business License for many years and retired from the office downtown. She was very well liked by so many people she helped during her time at the County.
Jeanne passed from this earth on September 19, 2021 at the age of 93 leaving her sister, 5 children, her loving son-in law, her loving daughter-in-law,10 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
She was proceeded in death by her husband Frank Michael and her son Marc Michael.
Jeanne had a sweet heart and a feisty nature and will be very missed by all who loved her.
