John R. Brisbois, 63, of Las Vegas, passed away Thursday, Jan. 24, 2013. He was born and educated in Chicago, and served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War, 1968-1974. In 1989, he moved to Las Vegas, where he worked as a floor supervisor at O'Sheas and later at Texas Station. John will be remembered for his razor sharp wit, his passion for cars and his devotion to his family. He is survived by his mother, Janice Brisbois; wife, Elaine Brisbois; and daughters, Trina Brisbois Verde Shannon Rice and Katie Powers. Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, March 1, at Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. N.
