Jolynn J. Starkey passed away at the age of 71, on Saturday February 23, 2013. Jolynn is survived by her husband Glen W. (Bill) Starkey, stepson Scott. Cousins Sherry Simpson, and Keith Elliott. Jolynn was an excellent homemaker and loved playing bingo. Jolynn was a 27 year residence of Las Vegas.
