Kenny A. Riggs, 77, a retired businessman, of Las Vegas, passed away at 1:30 p.m., July 10, 2012. He was born in St. Louis, and was a long-time resident of Las Vegas. His favorite things were playing poker at Binion's and gambling. He is survived by two nephews. He was a good man and a good friend, and he will be missed a lot. No services are scheduled.
