Kirk E Davies Jr

Kirk Edward Davies, Jr. passed away on May 3, 2023, at the age of 71, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

He grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, son of Kirk Edward Davies, Sr, and Phyllis (now Casasanta). He fell in love with his wife, Colleen, at Eat N’ Park, a restaurant where they both worked when they were seventeen. They were married for fifty-two years. Their son, Collin, passed away in 2011.

He joined the United States Navy in 1971 and served three tours of duty, travelling to Vietnam and through the Mediterranean. After leaving the service, he worked as an electrician, retiring from Timet in 2020, after more than a decade of joking around during lunch with the guys, Joe Gardener, Ben Sheahan, Ken Rainey, and Darryl Housepower.

Kirk was a fun-loving, big-hearted husband, father, and friend. He loved taking his Harley Davidson out for a ride and watching old ‘60s movies. He loved his home and enjoyed spending time there with his family. His wife was his best friend. He will be deeply missed.

He is survived by his wife, Colleen; brothers, Keith, Joseph, and Dean Johnson; sister Karen Davies; brothers-in-law Bradley and Keith Armstrong and Steve Pargeon; sisters-in-law Dawn Brown, Cheryl Pargeon, and Kathy Armstrong.
