Larry R. Maestas

Larry R. Maestas, of the Green Valley area of Henderson, born May 12, 1950, in Las Vegas, N.M., passed away Dec. 31, 2013. He moved to Henderson as a toddler with parents. He was a U.S. Army veteran, with two tours in Vietnam. He was a beloved husband, father, son, brother and uncle. He is survived by his wife, of 35 years, Alida "Dollye" Maestas; mother, Rita Maestas; son, LaMar Stingley; four brothers, Donnie, Ken, Ernie and Mike; two sisters, Loretta and Anna; his loved four-legged furry person, Tuffy; and many loved nieces and nephews. God has called him home to be his warrior. Services will be private.
