Leanne Marie Lacy, 19, of Las Vegas, passed unexpectedly at 10:55 p.m., Friday, July 3, 2015. She was born Sept. 18, 1995, in Las Vegas. She worked for Resorts Stay International and was attending College of Southern Nevada for her degree as a registered nurse. She had a smile that would light up a room and was a friend to all she met. She had a way of compassion and kindness that touched everyone she met. She lived and loved with unusual fullness and fury and was incredibly beautiful. Leanne will be particularly remembered for her fun-loving and contagious smile. She will be achingly missed by all who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by maternal grandfather, Don Larry Rogers; paternal grandfather, Michael Lacy Sr.; and uncle, Michael Lacy Jr. She is survived by her mother, Dawn Marie Rogers-Lagasse; her father, Craig Lacy; stepfather, Quentin Lagasse; sister, Ashley; brothers, Connor, Jordan and Michael; maternal grandparent, Susan Rogers; paternal grandparents, Darlene and Merle Walkins; maternal great-grandparents, Don and Helen Breyfogle; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; boyfriend, Nicholas Nowlan; and long-time friends. Service will be at 3 p.m. Saturday, July 11, at the Sunrise LDS Church, 1825 N. Hollywood, Las Vegas. Burial will be at 10 a.m. Monday, July 13, at Memory Gardens Cemetery, 7251 W.
