Leona H. Russo, a retired registered nurse, of Las Vegas, passed away July 28, 2011. She was born Nov. 18, 1921. Leona is survived by her husband, john; daughter, Julia Heath; son, Nick Russo; granddaughter, Gianna Russo-Mitma; son-in-law, John Heath; grandsons, Chris and Tony Heath; great-grandsons, Brandon and TJ Heath; and daughter-in-law, Karen Russo. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 5, at Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. N.
