Linda Moore

Linda Kaye Moore, 51, a cosmetologist, of Las Vegas, passed away Jan. 16, 2004. She was born June 21, 1952 in Tucson, Ariz., and resided in Las Vegas since 1957. Linda was a member of Queen Vashti Grand Chapter O.E.S. of Nevada. She was also a member of the New Bethel Baptist Church and the Meister Singers. She is survived by her father, John Buckles of Natchez, Miss.; sisters, Debra Whittington and Delbert of North Las Vegas, Helen Williams of Las Vegas, Sharon Harris and Eugene of North Las Vegas and Dallena Young of Las Vegas; brothers, Michael Buckles, Tony Johnson and Tyrone Seals, all of Las Vegas and Dwight Word of Witchita Falls, Texas. Viewing will be from 3-7 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 22, at Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd., North. Services will be at 11 a.m., Friday, Jan. 23, at the New Bethel Baptist Church. Interment will be at Woodlawn Cemetery. Arrangements handled by Bunkers Mortuary.
