Margaret E. Lockwood

Margaret E. Lockwood, 97, of Las Vegas, passed away March 22, 2013. She was born April 29, 1915, in Abderdeen, S.D., and was a 61-year resident of Nevada. A dedicated member of St. Christopher's Church and the Moose Lodge for over 50 years, creating crafts and treats for fellow members. She was preceded in death by her husband, John A. Lockwood, whom she lost in 1985. She is survived by brothers and sisters, Mike, Josephine, Elizabeth, Julia, John, August, George, Gene and Eva Mae; one grandchild; one great-grandchild; and nieces and nephews. Visitation will be at 4-8 p.m., Wednesday, April 3. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m., Thursday, April 4, both at Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. N.
