Maria Ana Cadena

Maria Ana Cadena, 82, passed away peacefully on October 11, 2011. She was born in Indio, Calif., on October 3, 1929. Maria was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother. Maria is survived by her husband of 60 years, Santiago H. Cadena; daughters, Maria Benavides and Laura H. Soto; 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Maria was an extraordinary beautiful woman, always laughing, dancing and singing. When she smiled her eyes sparkled with love. She was truly missed by all. Visitation will be from 4-9 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 20 at Bunker's Mortuary 925 Las Vegas Blvd. Funeral mass will be at 11 a.m., Friday, Oct. 21 at St. Christopher's Church with burial to follow at Woodlawn Cemetery.
