Mary I. Smith, 95, a resident of Henderson for 63 years, passed away Aug. 23, 2012, at home. She was born in Bentonville, Ark., and was married to Chester L. Smith. She was retired from the Sears credit department and was a member of First Baptist Church of Henderson. She is survived by her daughters, Sandra Herman (Robert) and Sydney Wingate (Ralph); seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. She is now at rest with her Lord. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m., Friday, Aug. 31, at Memorial Gardens, 7251 W. Lone Mountain, LV 89129.
