NORMAN HOBAUGH U.S. Air Force, Retired Norman J. Hobaugh, a long-time resident of Las Vegas, passed away April 9, 2013. Born April 2, 1935, in Elizabeth, Penn., he was preceded in death by his parents, John Hobaugh and Anna Vitch. Norm proudly served in the U.S. Air Force, retiring after 23 years of service as a tech sergeant. Norm then served the community at Clark County Parks and Recreation until his retirement. Norm is survived by his wife, of 51 years, Mary Ann Dobbins; his daughters, Karen Clutts, Kelly Cook and Leslie Hobaugh; his son, Doug Hobaugh; his son-in-law, Michael Clutts; his grandchildren, Adam Clutts, Rebecca Clutts, Danielle Black, Caitlynn Clutts and Dylan Cook; great-grandchildren, Maegin, Trever and Madeline Poland; a great-grandchild on the way, "1A Black;" his sisters, Marilyn Hobaugh and Beverly Crookham of Elizabeth; and brother, Ron Hobaugh of Sarasota, Fla. A beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother, Norm is perfecting his golf game on God's Greenways. Burial will be at noon, Tuesday, April 16, at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive, Boulder City.
