Born in Vlaardungen Netherlands June 1, 1947, to Joris and Johanna Veltman. Immigrated February 8th, 1955.

Married: Vickie Ness, Velma Morris who proceeded him in death and current love of his life ReNay (Miss Nay) Veltman.

Proceeded in death by Parents: Joris & Johanna Veltman and Siblings: sister: Johanna Ekenstam Franklin, brother: John Veltman

Survived by Children: Tammy (Earl) Fonger, Peter Veltman Jr., Jannette (Luke) Shepard, Joey Veltman, Stepchildren: James (Michelle) McClinton, Joyce Ann Nuttall.

Sibling’s sisters: Alida (Karl) Ostberg, Maria Spencer, Martina (Grant) Thomas

Many, many, Grand Children, Great Grand Children, Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces, and Great Nephews.

He retired from the US Magnesium Corp. in April 2012.

Attended Tooele High school

Continued education online. However, most of his education was life’s lessons and values.

Pete will be missed by all that knew and loved him, for his quick wit, lifetime love of cars or anything with wheels, his inventive mind and knowledge of how to fix anything, but most of all for his never ending love and acceptance for all he knew.

Per his wishes, no Services are currently planned.
