Peter Francis Nolan

Peter F. Nolan, born on March 31, 1943, in New York City, passed away peacefully on April 25, 2026, in Henderson, Nevada, after a courageous journey with Alzheimer's disease. He was 83 years old.

Peter is lovingly survived by his wife of 58 years, Patricia Nolan; his son, Kevin Nolan; and his grandchildren, Lidia and Anthony Nolan.

Before relocating to Henderson, Peter and Patricia made their home in the Los Angeles area, where Peter built a distinguished legal career at The Walt Disney Company. Specializing in copyright and unfair competition law, he rose through the ranks to serve as Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel — a testament to his intellect, dedication, and professional integrity.

From 2024 until his passing, Peter resided at Vineyard Memory Care in Henderson, where he was embraced by a staff whose compassion and devotion brought comfort to both Peter and his family. In his final days, the team at Dignity Health Hospice ensured he was surrounded by care, dignity, and kindness.

A celebration of Peter's life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health in Peter's memory.

The family wishes to extend its deepest gratitude to the resident attendants at Vineyard Memory Care for the extraordinary love, kindness, and empathy they showed Peter throughout his time in their care.
