Richard Carter, age 76, passed away April 8, 2015, in Las Vegas. Richard was born Nov. 28, 1938, to the parents of William and Georgia Carter in Provo, Utah, and was a 57-year resident of Las Vegas. He is survived by his wife, of 57 years, Margie; his three children, Sherry, Jeff and Steve; his seven grandchildren; and his 11 great-grandchildren. Richard will be truly missed by his family and friends. Reception will be 3-6 p.m. Thursday, April 16, at the LDS Church, 1707 S. Sloan, Las Vegas, NV 89142.
