Robert Neil Cramer

Robert N. "Neil" Cramer, 56, a longtime resident of Las Vegas, passed away unexpectedly, Saturday, Dec. 12, 2015. He was born April 28, 1959, in Myrtle Beach, S.C., at Myrtle Beach Air Force Base. Neil graduated in 1977 from Rancho High School and was an Eagle Scout. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Harry A. and Mildred G. Ringer; his paternal grandparents, Goldie M. and Maurice VanMeter and Robert P. Cramer all of Kingwood, W.Va. He was also preceded in death by his father, Robert D. "Bob" Cramer. Neil is survived by his mother, Nancy L. Ringer Cramer of Las Vegas; sisters, Beth (Jay) Stine and Norma (Steve) Witten both of Las Vegas; three children; four grandchildren; one nephew; and one niece. Services were private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Neil's name to the International Scouting Museum, 3025 W. Sahara Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89102.
