Robert worked for Allen County Engineers for 25 years. Survivors include his companion Ruth Spivey, two brothers, Paul Jones of Youngstown, OH and Timothy Jones of Lima, OH; aunt Anna Jane Whetsel of Urbana, OH; two step-children Jennifer and Jerry Spivey, three grand-children and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
