Robert Paul Levesque, 71, of Henderson, passed away May 25, 2012. He was born Sept. 23, 1940 in Nashua, N.H., and was a 10-year resident of Las Vegas. Dr. Robert Levesque practiced oral and maxillofacial surgery for over 30 years before retiring to Las Vegas. Prior to becoming an oral surgeon, Robert attended St. Francis Xavier's School, Assumption Prep, Boston College and Georgetown Dental School. He served in the U.S. Navy and started his oral surgery practice in Bowie, Md. in 1970, before moving his family to Nashua in 1980. While practicing in Nashua, Robert was a member of the Nashua Rotary Club, the Italian-American Club and was a founding member of the Knights of Columbus at the Parish of the Resurrection, where he earned the rank of 4th Degree Grand Night. He was a life-long New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox fan. Robert was a avid boater and enjoyed golfing, bowling and spending time with friends and family. He is preceded in death by his parents, Dr. Adrian Levesque Sr. and Camille Levesque. Robert is survived by his wife, of 41 years, Sandra; and daughters, Danielle and Leslie. He is also survived his brother, Dr. Adrian Levesque and wife, Jane; as well as his sister, Janet Burba and her husband, Dr. Stanley Burba; sister-in-law, Dee Carvalho; along with many nieces and nephews.
