Loving mother and friend to all, Runchuan "Chu" Fink, 65, peacefully passed away Jan. 11, 2016, in her home. Born in Chantaburi, Thailand, a very young Chu moved to the United States with hopes of living the American dream. She owned a successful local Thai market for 15 years and eventually retired from the Mirage as a cage cashier. She enjoyed traveling the world with friends and family. She was a devout member of the Roman Catholic church, a parishioner at St. Anne Catholic Church and active member of the St. Anne's Rosary Makers. She loved to give to those in need. Her favorite past time was Rosary making and spending time with friends and family. She was loved by so many and will be missed by all. Chu is survived by her twin daughters, Ms. Pauline Marayonk and Mrs. Paula Rezendes; son-in-law, Mr. Randall Rezendes Jr.; and siblings, Mr. Viboon Krathong Sr. Rosalind Sriprai Krathong, Fr. James Thanu Krathong Cssr., Mrs. Naphaporn Saema and Mr. Sukhum Krathong. Rosary will be at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 20, with Mass following at 9 a.m., both at St. Anne Catholic Church, 1901 S. Maryland Parkway, Las Vegas, NV 89104. A potluck reception will be followed immediately after Mass. Flower arrangements can be sent to St. Anne Church or donations to the St. Anne Rosary Makers are gratefully welcomed.
