Sally Ann Jankowiak of Las Vegas passed away on Tuesday, March 14,2006 at Nathan Adelson Hospice.
She was born November 15,1944 in York, Maine and was a resident of Nevada since 1983. Sally was a hospice registered nurse.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Herberty Bracy and Bernice Sheldon. Sally is survived by her husband, Albert J. Jankowiak Jr.; son Albert J. Jankowiak III; daughter, Angela M. Wilcox; grandchildren, Chadd Wilcox, Taylor Olige, Chance Olige and Lilly Jankowiak all of Las Vegas; her sister, Beverly Freeman of New Hampshire; and brothers, Ted and Skeet Bracy of Maine.
Viewing will be from noon-4 p.m. Sunday, March 19,2006 at Bunkers Mortuary

Burial will take place at 12:40 Tuesday, March 21,2006 at
Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery
