Santa Tegano Gagliardo

Santa Gagliardo 86, passed peacefully with her daughter by her side on September 12, 2025.  Santa lost her battle to the horrible disease of Alzheimer's dementia. Santa is proceeded in death by her loving husband, Carlo Gagliardo Jr and all of her loving siblings. Santa was the last of the siblings. Santa is survived by her three children, Donna Friedman (Mark), Louis Gagliardo, Peter Gagliardo (Terri), 10 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and one on the way.

Santa and her family moved from Shirley Long Island, New York to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1969 to start a new job opportunity. Santa worked in various grocery stores as a cashier for over 25 years. In 1997 Santa and her beloved husband built their dream home in Cold Creek Canyon, were they lived for 20 years, enjoying the four seasons, fresh Mountain air, and wild horses that Santa fed every day. Santa started retirement at the age of 58 and enjoyed every minute of it. Santa was involved in the women's group in Cold Creek Canyon. She loved cooking and baking while enjoying the holidays with family and friends. One of Santa's holiday traditions was making pomegranate jelly and fruit cakes for all her friends and family.

Santa will be missed by all. Santa is now dancing in heaven with her husband at the Italian American club in the sky!
