Ms. Terri Anne Kourtides (née Madsen), age 63, passed away unexpectedly on July 21, 2026, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Born on June 11, 1963, in Oxnard, California, she was the beloved daughter of Richard Madsen and Leslie Anne Belhasen.

Terri was a devoted member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and found great joy and solace in her faith. She cherished the beauty of nature and spent countless hours hiking through deserts and mountains. At home, she enjoyed the companionship of her cat, Toby, and could often be found relaxing with a good book, playing solitaire, or unwinding with long baths.

Terri is lovingly remembered by her son Dustin Jones and his wife Jill; her sisters Wendy Chapman (Carl) and Heather Strauss (David); her brother Michael Madsen (Cathy); two grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alexander Kourtides; her stepfather, Fred Belhasen; and her grandparents.

Terri’s warmth and love will be deeply missed by all who knew her. May her memory bring comfort to those she leaves behind.
