Terry Lee Jones

Terry Lee Jones, a proud Veteran of the US Army,  passed away on 9/22/2022 in Las Vegas, NV. Terry was born on March 26, 1968 in Shelby Mississippi and is the son of Marjorie Jones and David Lee Watson. Terry grew up in Mound Bayou Mississippi and later relocated to Chicago Illinois. Terry graduated from Harper High School and then attended Kennedy King College and went on to be certified as a Vehicle Mechanic Specialist.

At the age of 19, Terry enlisted in the United States Army and received several certificates of Honors.  Terry is a veteran of the GULF WAR and he proudly served his country. Terry cherished his wife and 3 children and loved his family and friends.  As a child, Terry would try to fix anything, especially electronics. Terry enjoyed life to the fullest, he enjoyed traveling, exploring the world, and loved music. Terry will be remembered for his love, passion, generosity, kind heart, and laughter.

Terry is survived by his wife Fikir Ayele, Mother Marjorie Jones, son Nathan Jones and two beautiful daughters Joy, and Kaya Jones from his previous marriage (Kerstin). Terry also leaves behind two sisters Jacqueline Garrison and Jackie Jones- Elliston.

Terry will always and forever be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
