Toby Lee Garibay Jr., of Las Vegas, passed away to his Heavenly Father April 7, 2015. He was a wonderful father, son, brother, uncle, nephew and cousin. He is survived by his children, daughter, Serina Garibay and son, Justin Lee Garibay. He was to be a grandfather in June. He loved his children so much and was so proud of them. He is also survived by his mother, Donna Bailey of Las Vegas; sister, Sherri Taylor, niece, Kennedy; nephew, Dakota Taylor of California; three half-brothers, Paul and Kelly, his wife, Darlene Bailey, and their children, Devin, Jade, Rose, Lily Ann and Bear Paul Bailey, and Christopher Garibay of Las Vegas; aunt, Phyllis; uncle, Ed Yost; and family of Clearwater, Kan. Those who loved Toby knew what a tremendous sense of humor he had and will always be remembered for that. He was such a loving and kind man. We will love him and miss him every second of every day. He will be entombed at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 21, with military honors, at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive, Boulder City, with Pastor Scott Hocker of Desert Hills Baptist Church officiating.
