Tossie Bess Tinsley, 74, a homemaker, of Las Vegas, passed away, Jan. 2, 2004. She was born July 15, 1929 in Norfolk, Va. and was a Las Vegas resident since 1976. Tossie is survived by her daughters, Charleen Tinsley-Ali of Burke, Va. and Sandra Tinsley of Las Vegas; her son, Charles Tinsley of Las Vegas; and four grandchildren, James, Jamila, Maria and Christian. All services will be private. Arrangements are being handled by Bunkers Mortuary.
