Vivian Marie Bellavia, 45, of Las Vegas, passed away Dec. 27, 2011. She was born March 5, 1966, in Lynwood, Calif., and was a 20-year resident of Nevada. She was the manager of La Villa Estates for 11 years. She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Guy C. Caraway and Charlie Bellavia. Vivian is survived by her lifetime friend and companion, Juli Stapleton; mother and stepfather, Annette and Ron Loader; father, Joel Bellavia; brother and his family, Kevin, Tamara, Alexander, Samantha Bellavia; grandmothers, Virginia Caraway and Jennie Bellavia; loved like family, Sharon and Lesli Stapleton; aunt, Judy Wagner; uncles, Dennis and Ron Bellavia. Family services were private.
