William A. Lowe was born in Wood River, Ill.
He has been a Las Vegas resident since 1967.
He is survived by his wife, Bonnie; five children, Debbie, Bernice, Jimmy, Theresa and Pam, all of Las Vegas.
Nine Grandchildren; and his brothers Kenny of Bunkerhill, Ill, Tom of Alton, Ill., Marvin of Wood River, Ill, Eb of Alton, Ill and Wayne of Cottage Hills, Ill.
Viewing will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, January 23,2006 with services to follow at 2:00 p.m.
