Tribute

Titus Wilhite, of Las Vegas, passed away unexpectedly on April 9, 2021 at Primary Children’s Hospital in Salt Lake City, UT. He was 7 years old. A visitation will be held on Saturday, April 17 at 9AM followed by a funeral at 10AM at Bunkers. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that charitable contributions be made in Titus' memory to the Cooley’s Anemia Foundation, 330 Seventh Avenue, Suite 200, NY, NY 10001. https://app.etapestry.com/hosted/CooleysAnemiaFoundation/OnlineDonation.html

Titus was born in Nashik, India on November 25, 2013. On June 2, 2016, Titus joined his forever family when mom and dad came to get him in India. He was a missing piece to a puzzle that was completed through adoption. In the five short years that he had with his family, it was spent on one adventure after another. He loved that his daddy was in the Air Force, any and all things superhero, playing nerf guns with his brother and being the best big brother to his little sister. Titus fought a courageous battle with a blood condition called Thalassemia. He never let his condition hinder him. He did all the things his brother and sisters did and attempted them with his beautiful, big heart. While the condition itself can be managed with proper medical care, there are a few rare cases that can result in death. Titus unfortunately was one of the rare cases. While his family is absolutely heartbroken that their vibrant baby boy was taken away tragically and unexpectedly, they’re incredibly grateful for the five years they shared together.

In addition to his proud parents, Daniel and Patti, Titus is survived by his sister Madison, brother Brady, and sister Norah. He’s also survived by his paternal grandparents, Larry and Julia Wilhite, and his maternal grandparents, Junial Douglas and Faye Tindall. In addition, he’s also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Titus Shubham Wilhite, you were such a bright and beautiful soul that will be missed by many. Nobody will ever be able to fill the void that you leave behind. Your family will forever be Wilhite Party of 6.
